RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Your LA Fashion Closet sells “designer” products that are hand made in Los Angeles, California through ethical alliances and fair trade practices. In most cases, artisans have been awarded Couture certifications and recognition in the highest standards of luxury product construction.

Your LA Fashion Closet also sells “Contemporary” and “Vintage” apparel and accessories, which were previously owned items. All products are in excellent condition. Seller acknowledges that these are not newly manufactured products and can show signs of wear and aging. 

Our non-return, non-refund and non-exchange policy for products complies with the laws of California which state that the business should aware their customers clearly and simply about its non-refund, non-exchange and non-refund policy. We do allow for authorized exchanges on “Designer Pieces” only. You should read our policy before any purchase of our products.

 

CONDITIONS

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of speciality skins please allow a 10% variance in color on your final product.

 

POLICY FOR CONTEMPORARY PRODUCTS:

We are not offering any refund or exchange in the case of “Contemporary” products.

 

POLICY FOR DESIGNER ITEMS:

“Designer Pieces” are non-refundable but exchangeable. “Designer Threads” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

POLICY FOR VINTAGE PRODUCTS:

We are not offering any refund or exchange in the case of “Vintage” products.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR “DESIGNER PIECES”:

In the case of all exchangeable products under this policy, you can exchange your purchase within 10 days of the item ship date. No exchanges will be issued after the 10th day. You MUST contact YourLAFashionCloset@gmail.com for an Exchange Authorization Number. WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE PRODUCTS SENT TO US WITHOUT A EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Once we receive your authorized package you will be sent a Confirmation Arrival Email notification. Please note that this will be sent to the email address provided to us on your original order. Please allow 7-14 days from your receipt of the Confirmation Arrival Email for Your LA Fashion Closet to process your exchange. If you mail us a package that does not meet the below criteria, it will be denied. All denied packages will not receive a credit and will be forfeited. Any neglected and abandoned merchandise in the care of Your LA Fashion Closet for more than 21 days is also forfeited.

 

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS OF EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

All products which are exchangeable under our policy must fulfill the following criteria:

o Unworn

o Unused

o With original tags attached

o And must include a copy of the original invoice/receipt.

 

SHIPPING OF “CONTEMPORARY” and “VINTAGE”

All purchases are shipped with United States Postal Service. We are not offering any return or exchanges of “contemporary” and “vintage”  so in case you are not familiar with our refund or exchange policy and you made a shipment of the item back to us which are not authorized products we will not accept such shipment.

 

SHIPPING OF EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

In the event an item is EXCHANGED, Your LA Fashion Closet will pay for one return shipment to you of your final selection. We recommend you use a return shipping service that you can track, and one that offers insurance. Your LA Fashion Closet is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.

 

DELIVERY

Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your piece is delivered, enjoy it! Luxury is worth celebrating!
